Since Jim achieved his Brokers license as a REALTOR in 1981, he has sold hundreds of homes in Colorado.  Personally, Jim has bought and sold many properties, both as “fix and flips,” and as rental properties.  For 27 years he co-chaired the Metro List Marketing session.  Jim is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), recognized as being in the top 1% nationally of the real estate industry.
